Storage and conveyor systems, & Vacuum compounding and material preparation systems
Huebers offers all the system components required for quality-optimized material flow. Their system designs allow raw materials to be purchased more economically and processed more reliably. The integrated equipment handles all aspects of compounding and material preparation (ex. filler drying, mixing of all wet & dry ingredients, degassing, and finally dispensing). This allows the user to do in-house formulating rather than purchasing more costly pre-formulated resin systems or to custom color or custom modify standard formulations to achieve unique results.
And because all VTH system components have been designed so that they can be used in a flexible manner, existing dispensing or processing systems can be integrated into a new system with expanded capacity. Therefore investments in Huebers equipment don't go to waste as happens with so many other pieces of industrial equipment
APG - Automatic Pressure Gelation: Heubers was one of the pioneers in Automatic Pressure Gelation - a casting technique that vastly improves the throughput and reduces shrinkage in cast epoxy and other polymeric parts. In contrast to traditional APG techniques using a simple pressure vessel to feed material to the casting process, VTH employs direct injection. In combination with VTH static mixer and VTH metering pump technology, the direct injection process increases throughput, reduces waste, improves part quality and increases economic efficiency.
Clampling Machines:
At VTH optimization of the production process starts with the clamping machine which open, close and manipulate the mold used in the APG process. VTH clamping machines are designed to be:
- easily accessible from all sides so that the mold is easy to get at
- able to be tilted and rotated around a number of axes
- flexible in terms of the positioning of the core pullers,
- flexible in terms of the positioning of the static mixer,
- able to be enhanced to fully automatic versions for all process steps
